2.科研學術工作經歷與教育背景:

2001.9-2004.7 新疆農業(yè)大學動物醫(yī)學學院動物醫(yī)學專業(yè),碩士學位;

2004.9-2008.7  石河子大學動物科技學院動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業(yè),博士學位;

2007.9-至今 就職于石河子大學醫(yī)學院學院,負責教學和科研工作。

3. 主要研究方向:

主要致力于蟲媒病的病原生態(tài)學研究,主要科學貢獻如下:(1)建立了新疆首個信息化媒介生物樣本庫,庫容達16.5萬余份,首次在中國發(fā)現和系統(tǒng)鑒定了凱瑟硬蜱,為中國記錄的第123種蜱;(2)首次從邊緣革蜱蜱卵中分離到布魯氏菌,并證實布魯氏菌還可通過“孕雌蜱-蜱卵-幼蜱”的傳播途徑(經卵傳播);(3)分別在新疆的邊境口岸、古爾班通古特沙漠和塔克拉瑪干沙漠及綠洲地帶新發(fā)現中國6種斑點熱群立克次體核酸類型;(4) 首次發(fā)現鼠疫耶爾森菌第86種基因型菌株;(5)完成6種絳蟲成蟲種或基因型的鑒定以及3種大沙鼠帶絳蟲基因型的形態(tài)和分子鑒定,發(fā)現1種帶絳蟲基因型存在“大沙鼠-紅狐”的循環(huán)史;(6)從蜱咬病人分離到新發(fā)現蜱傳布尼亞病毒2個(電鏡觀察確認),并證明亞洲璃眼蜱是該病毒的潛在傳播媒介。

4. 教學科研成果:

承擔本科生《人體寄生蟲學》課程的教學,研究生《醫(yī)學論文寫作與研究方法》課程的教學,留學生《Medical Microbiology》課程的教學工作,年均課時量達230學時;培養(yǎng)研究生24人;承擔國家大學生訓練項目(SRP)相關教學課題,榮獲校級相關教學獎勵2項,出版《西部高發(fā)感染性疾病》教材/專著,被評為“石河子大學研究生優(yōu)秀團隊”(負責人)和“優(yōu)秀研究生導師”等。

獲批國家級及省部級科研課題15項,累計科研經費達860余萬元,發(fā)表國際高水平論文52篇,獲省部級以上獎勵3項(排名第一1項,排名第三2項)。

5.個人事跡:

2008年博士畢業(yè)于石河子大學醫(yī)學院動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業(yè)專業(yè)后,便扎根邊疆,致力于兵團醫(yī)學教育及科學研究。從事一線教學與科研工作已15年,培養(yǎng)研究生24名,建立富有中亞特點、新疆最大的媒介生物樣本庫,先后主持國家科技重大專項課題或任務3項、獲國家自然科學基金項目5項、“十二五”國家科技支撐計劃子課題1項、“973”基礎研究項目子課題1項、省部級項目5項,橫向項目或課題5項,獲省部級科學技術進步貳等獎3項(排名第一1項,排名第三2項)。以第一作者或通訊作者在國際知名傳染病雜志Clinical Infectious DiseasesEmerging Infectious DiseasesTransboundary and Emerging DiseasesParasites & Vectors等發(fā)表國際高水平研究論文52篇(JCR 1區(qū)、2區(qū)共計32篇),IF合計大于200

2015-2017年期間,王遠志所在團隊先后與華中科技大學同濟醫(yī)學院王寶菊副主任醫(yī)師合作,受邀對和田地區(qū)策勒縣、于田縣、皮山縣的喜馬拉雅旱獺進行鼠疫、布病等人獸共患病檢測,為當地衛(wèi)生部門重大傳染病的科學防控提供科學指導和人員培訓。另外,該團隊先后赴溫泉縣5個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、瑪納斯縣清水河鄉(xiāng)、第三師51團參加全民體檢工作,共免費為4600余名農牧民進行了布病篩查工作,受到當地群眾的一致好評。

2018年,王遠志教授在石河子大學科技特派員項目的資助下,在“訪惠聚”工作組的協(xié)助下,走訪了第三師42團巴依阿瓦提村、古勒巴格村、拜合提亞村和51團,針對當地村民在傳染病防控方面的突出問題,利用夜校開展了《布魯氏菌病的防控》、《蚤和蚤傳疾病的防控》等系列講座,并就村民生活中遇到的傳染病(如結核病、乙肝、黑熱病、斑點熱)預防等實際問題做了詳細解答。同時,為當地農牧民免費篩查布病達1000人次,培養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生科技骨干人員6人,開展布病、蟲媒病預防講座3次,宣教受益人員達1400人次,并為22名布病患者和17蜱咬病人免費提供義診服務,給貧困村免費發(fā)放醫(yī)學防護用品1萬多元,增強了當地布病、蟲媒病的診斷和宣教能力。

2019-2023年期間,受圖木舒克市疾病預防控制中心邀請,王遠志教授先后赴巴楚縣、伽師縣進行布病、黑熱病的本底調查,并根據實際調查提出該地區(qū)布病、黑熱病的防控策略;免費提供蟲媒生物樣本,指導圖木舒克市疾病預防控制中心開展蟲媒病實驗室的規(guī)劃與建設,建立“重要人畜共患病監(jiān)測預警與一體化防控技術”示范基地。

另外,在新疆海關媒介生物采集、鑒定和病原檢測方面,2015 - 2023年,王遠志教授帶領的蟲媒病團隊連續(xù)承擔了阿拉山口海關海關蟲媒生物(蜱、蚤、蚊、蠓、鼠等)的監(jiān)測和疫病檢測任務,共科技服務330/人次,技術培訓23次,9年合計檢測媒介生物樣本共計4萬余份,有力提升了新疆海關“外來病”的檢測能力。
